Presented a seminar to the members of the Dade County Bar Association on housing issues including predatory lending, mortgage foreclosure and chapter 13 bankruptcy.  

October, 2006:
Served as moderator and taught predatory lending to members of the Dade County Bar Association and other attendees. Discussion included the various potential defendants and the claims against each of them. 

2005 - 1990:  

  • Presented seminars on Chapter 13 bankruptcy which encompassed a discussion of the restructuring of secured debt and foreclosure prevention.

  • Presented seminars on predatory lending.

  • Chapter 723 mobile home issues addressing the claims against park owners, city and county entities and the rights and duties of mobile home owners.
